Charlie Weiss’s story is rooted in both family tradition and Florida soil. A second-generation Florida native and mortgage professional, he grew up surrounded by conversations about lending and homeownership. Those early influences shaped his client-first approach, grounded in patience, clarity, and long term thinking.

After attending Clemson University in South Carolina, Charlie began his career as a home loan consultant at Countrywide Home Loans, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-moving market. Over the years, he successfully navigated changing lending environments, aligning with institutions that offered the flexibility and solutions his clients needed.

Today, Charlie is a seasoned mortgage banker with Total Mortgage, one of the nation’s largest full-service mortgage banks. His experience in a high-volume lending environment allows him to confidently handle complex scenarios and tailor mortgage strategies to each client’s goals, whether purchasing a new home or refinancing for better terms and long term savings.
